Everything was perfect. We were a group of 6 people, and as expected, there were 4 beds as well as additional futons. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and fully functional.
The staff were very helpful and quickly resolved an issue we had with the Wi-Fi. The apartment is also very well located in western Tokyo, close to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku. Shin-Okubo Station is about a 10-minute walk away, which is convenient for taking the Chuo Line, and the Yamanote Line is also accessible, although a little turther away.
The neighborhood was pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for everything!
Maybe a little difficult to find the location on google map sometimes.

4人で泊まりました。住宅街の中にあるので静かでよかった。中もきれいで清潔感があった。宿泊施設からコンビニがすぐあり（ミニストップ）買い出しに便利。東中野駅の方が近いかも？宿泊施設から東中野駅途中にDAISO（小店舗）、ドラッグストア、スーパーあるので買い物が出来る。宿泊施設から新大久保まで歩いて行ける距離だった。
隅の方に少し床にゴミが落ちていた。

I liked the location of the hotel. It was really nice to be in Shinjuku for the price. The setup is nice and cozy too, I had three of my friends with me and it felt like a big apartment/college dorm room.
The check in process sucked. There was nobody in the room and yet the manager couldn't give us a code to get into the hotel. I had to guess the number myself, completely ridiculous. Then there was no wifi! The hotel couldn't help us all 8 days we were there. The wifi was basically non-existent. When we connected, it would immediately disconnect.
