Location was great -- peaceful and quiet. It was nice having two living room. The beds were comfy (especially the back bedroom). There were plenty of towels and hot water, and AC was awesome.
Similar to most vacation rentals, you may have to wash dishes more frequently, depending on how many of you there are. Other than that, all good.

Easy instructions. The host's communications were very informative and helpful. The location is good -- close to freeways, stores, and restaurants. Downtown Richmond is within 15 minutes drive. The place is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay provided by the host.
No microwave safe dishes.
