The house itself was cozy and nice, Beds were comfortable. Really loved that the kids had a room set up for kids! Bonus points for that. Made the kids very comfortable. Location was awesome. Love that nobody was really around and it was quiet. Definitely will return.
the outside decor (broken trailer and boat) can be cleaned up. Definitely not what you want to see and the floors were filthy. Clearly hasn’t been mopped in a long time. Feet tun black just minutes after walking barefooted. Mattress pads had yellow pee stains.

The location was great and the house was really clean.
All of the closets were full of the home owners belongings so we had no where to put our luggage.
We appreciated that they provided k-cups for us but we did not like the flavors. We would've liked to just have regular, unflavored k-cups.
The check out instructions should be more specific. Especially regarding where to take out the trash. When I asked tried to contact the owner about it, I didn't get a response until after we checked out.
The mattress pad on the downstairs bed was uncomfortable.
