Really lovely multi bedroom house. Fantastic backyard with huge sandpit filled with toys.
An easy walking distance from the town centre, but in a quiet enough street to not be disturbed by the main traffic.
Multiple fruit trees, many of which were in season at the time, and delicious.
The property has a traditional Aussie dunny, though its been reassigned for a less exciting purpose.

It was in a great spot only 1/2 hour from Mandurah. The gardens were overgrown but I loved that. It reminded me of my great grandmothers home. A lot of early childhood memories came flooding back to me. Your little cottage has such a lovely feel about it. I’d love to be a kid again that play area was awesome ☺️ my grandkids would love it.
