It was in a great location, neat ottavia metro and about 25 min east walk to he olimpico stadium.
It felt very secure.
Angela was extremely helpful and communicative.

El apartamento esta muy bien equipado para disfrutar de una breve estancia, tiene aire acondicionado que en Agosto se agradece. Las camas son muy cómodas, la cocina esta muy bien equipada para hacer un desayuno y una breve cena. Se encuentra en una zona muy segura y a pocos metros hay un supermercado, buenas cafeterias y restaurantes. A pocos minutos esta la estación de Ottaviano y la parada del BUS30 que conecta con toda la ciudad. Y por último destacar la atención de Angela que en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Recomendaremos a nuestros amigos.

The property is situated in a fantastic spot. It is within easy walking distance of Rome’s historic center and major landmarks, making it very convenient for sightseeing without needing constant public transport. I felt incredibly safe during my stay. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the building itself has excellent security measures in place. As a traveler, having that peace of mind—especially when returning late at night—was a big plus.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the accommodation was very disappointing. The room felt neglected and was quite dirty upon arrival. Because of the grime and the lack of basic upkeep, it was difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed in the space.
