I stayed at 73 Utagawa for one night with my dog. Although the apartment is compact, the facilities are quite complete, including a refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, portable gas stove, along with cooking and dining utensils. The AC was cold and the hot water worked well. The bed was comfortable enough to ensure a good night's sleep. Since the unit is on a higher floor, street noise from below didn't penetrate much into the room. A few sounds filtered through occasionally, but none disrupted my sleep quality. While the mobile signal was weak up here, the unit's Wi-Fi was fast, so communication wasn't an issue at all. The location is strategic, right in the heart of PIK 2. Finding food was effortless thanks to a food court with various tenants right below the apartment, alongside a pharmacy, ATM, and supermarket. On top of that, the host was communicative and responsive. A couple of suggestions for improvement: adding a shower head wall holder would be great, and having a microwave would be a nice bonus. Overall, highly recommended!
