ゴミ箱はいつもパンパンとなっています。
駅までけっこう歩きます

10/10 experience and honestly, the biggest reason is Remi!
We got the room for a really great price, the room itself was excellent, the location was super convenient, and overall the hotel was great. But what really made our stay special was Remi.
From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful with absolutely everything we needed. We even accidentally left our phone in a taxi when we arrived, and Remi went out of her way to help us track it down and get it back. She genuinely cared and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier.
Remi is an absolute gem and a huge credit to this hotel. The entire staff was lovely and welcoming, but she really made our stay unforgettable.
Would 100% stay here again. Thank you Remi and the whole Luma Urban team! ❤️

Very clean and comfortable, 10 min walk from the train station. Good value for money. Staff were very accommodating on arrival. Easy self check in and check out.
Shower took almost 10 mins to get warm. Could sometimes hear people in other rooms.
