Unit owners needs to refresh and take pride; so very disappointing

Location and it was quiet because no one was there . This should have been my first clue. The staff did move us to something more tolerable, a little cleaner feeling. However, after moving us the AC unit stopped working in the unit next door.

Felt dirty, housekeeping missed some things, smelled old, rugs old, needs fresh paint in areas . Tiny spiders on stove, tiny bugs in water left in Keurig, tub didn’t drain. The online pics make this unit look WAY nicer than it is. These condos are just very old and the individual owners do not update them. I believe the primary and guest bedrooms were switched years ago to accommodate more beds…so bathroom you will have as a couple in primary suite is extremely small. We were moved the next day but the AC unit is the next unit stopped working and HVAC tech had to be called. Honestly, I will not consider staying here again. However, the staff are nice and pleasant.
