Enjoy a relaxing country escape at The Ranch & Co, set on our picturesque four-acre property surrounded by the beautiful vineyards of McLaren Vale.
Just 50 minutes south of Adelaide, our boutique accommodation offers peaceful vineyard views and a unique country setting, while still being close to McLaren Vale’s cellar doors, restaurants, breweries, cafés and boutique shops.
Our property is also home to our beautiful Highland cows, making your stay just that little bit different.

The Ranch & Co is also home to our beautiful Highland cows and a range of unique experiences.
During your stay, you’re welcome to wander up to the fence and say hello to our Highland boys. If you’d like to enjoy one of our Highland cow experiences during your stay, these must be booked separately and directly through The Ranch & Co and are subject to availability.
You’re also welcome to browse our on-site gift shop, featuring my hand-poured soy candles, diffusers and a range of Highland cow gifts.

Thank you for choosing to stay at The Ranch & Co bnb. By booking your stay, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at least 3 days before your stay.

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.


2. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 2pm

• Check-out: By 10am

(11am Check-out is subject to availability)


3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in will incur a partial charge.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount.


4. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property.

• No pets allowed.

• No parties or excessive noise, especially after 10pm.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.


5. Damage & Breakages

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay.

• Any damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required will be charged separately.

6. Cleaning

• A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking.

• Please leave the property tidy – dishes washed and rubbish in the bins.


7. Liability

• The owners take no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to guest property.

• Guests must supervise children at all times, especially on the balcony, stairs, roads,

near our cows & other animals on our property.


8. Privacy

• Security cameras are installed in exterior/public areas of our property for safety reasons.

• No cameras are installed inside the property.

• Guest information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.


9. Right to Evict

• We reserve the right to evict any guest for behaviour that is illegal, offensive,

or violates these terms without refund.


10. Local Laws

• All guests must comply with local South Australian laws and council regulations

during their stay.

A little more info...

While staying at our bnb, you’re welcome to wander up to the fence and say hello to our Highland cows.

If you’d like a proper 'Meet & Greet' experience with them, you can book one in during your stay.

For safety reasons - including stairs, balcony and delicate items throughout the space - our bnb is best suited for adults and older children. There is no extra charge for infants (under 1 year), however please note we do not supply anything for them.

When you arrive, you’ll find the key in a secure key deposit box mounted on the wall next to the parking area. We’ll send you the access code 24 hours before your stay.
