Espaço, conforto e instalações. Nada ficou a desejar.
Tivemos problema com o AC que não conseguimos resolver sozinhos e não apareceu ninguém para fazer o reparo no local, mesmo após várias tentativas conforme orientações recebidas.
A comunicação também deveria melhorar para um aplicativo de mensagens online. Ficamos reféns do e-mail e as respostas nem sempre chegavam a tempo.

Apartment was a great size, comfortably fitted our family of 6. Apartment is getting a little tired inside which lets it done a little. Complex facilities are very good, with a pool, hot tub, outside entertaining area with barbecue stations. Great parking in underground car park. Really nice complex.
Apartment could do with a freshen up and a deep clean.

We stayed for four nights in July/August, family of four with two teens, we booked the three bedroom apartment so the teens could have own space. Great location, parking space, value for money, outdoor spaces. The place had everything we needed, and great communication from the property management
Only negatives were that there was a small issue with ants, given the heat etc I cannot fault the property management and it was easily sorted.
I would have liked somewhere to dry the clothes outside on the balcony.

Der Check-in hat wunderbar geklappt (das Video ist jedoch nicht mehr aktuell bzw. nicht von der Tür). Es war toll einen Parkplatz zu haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch direkt in der Nähe. Es war viel Platz in der Wohnung und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Ruhiger Wohnkomplex.
Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt, so dass wir viel geschwitzt haben, da wir bis zu 28 Grad hatten und das ist zum Kochen und Schlafen für uns sehr unangenehm gewesen. Trotz mind. 10 Emails (in 4 Tagen), wurden wir nur vertröstet und das Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Schade, da die Wohnung echt schön war. Einigung über einen Preisnachlass über booking wurden ausgeschlagen. Die Fotos bei booking entsprechen nicht der Wohnung, es gibt auch keinen Außenpool, wie beschrieben und auch auf einem Foto zu sehen (beim 3-Room-Appartment), sondern einen großen Whirlpool, was für unseren Sohn sehr enttäuschend war. Leider ist der Balkon, der zur Wohnung gehört, komplett leer (keine Stühle oder ähnliches), so dass man ihn nicht nutzen kann. Gartenmöbel und Grill sind auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Infos zu Pool und Terrasse sollten kommuniziert werden.
