Love the facilities! It was spacious, the unit had everything we needed, the washer and dryer was a total bonus! Loved that the kitchen was fully equipped. I had no trouble cooking for my family. Matt was quick to respond to any of my concerns and questions. The spacious balcony was also a huge plus! The area was quiet, the property well maintained, although we didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool and the pier in the back, it was definitely nice to have. The beach was within walking distance. The unit was immaculate! I didnt find anything that was dirty or unkempt, which is rare.
I'm recommending this property to friends and family, and we are already planning another trip back! Great job Happy Place Vacation Rentals for truly taking pride in your property! It made for a pleasant and enjoyable saty, especially celebrating my birthday!
The parking is a little tight.

Short walk to the beach, pool access, and a deck on the bay with a pretty view.
