The Santa Rosa Mountains catch the last of the afternoon light just beyond the backyard, their ridgelines shifting through golds and purples as the desert quiets down. Out here, inside the guard-gated Citrus Club, the pace slows - golf course greens stretch behind the property, the fire pit waits, and the hot tub holds warmth well into the night. This is La Quinta living with room to breathe.


Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across the main house and a detached casita. The primary suite features a king bed, a 65` TV, and an oversized ensuite with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom - tucked inside the private casita - has a queen bed, a 27` TV, and its own ensuite. A half bath is also available in the main home. All bedrooms include bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage.


Living spaces
The living room is anchored by a comfortable seating area and a 65` TV. A nearby sitting area and wet bar look out toward the mountains and golf course - a quiet spot to settle into with a drink at the end of the day. When the desert evenings turn cool, the indoor fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace sits in a private area outfitted with an ergonomic chair and laptop stand.


Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is built for real cooking - stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas range, oven, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a blender, toaster, baking sheet, and a hot water kettle are all on hand. Coffee is provided alongside the coffee maker. A dining table brings everyone together for meals, whether you`ve cooked in or come back from a night out.


Outdoor living
The backyard is where this home really opens up. A private pool and hot tub anchor the space, with a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a dining area arranged for easy flow between activities. The covered patio provides shade throughout the day, and the setting looks directly out onto the golf course with unobstructed mountain views. Pool heat is complimentary in summer months (85-95°F naturally); October through May, heating to 88°F is available for an additional $50 per day.


Bathrooms
The property has 3.5 bathrooms in total - each ensuite bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Towels, cleaning products, and hot water are provided throughout.


Amenities & comforts
Guests have access to Wifi, Ethernet connection, TV, washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, and an iron. Essentials, bathroom essentials, and cleaning products are provided. A Pack `n play/travel crib is available. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all on site. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front gate and outdoor areas (required by insurance, not monitored). Free parking is available on premises.


Location
Set within the guard-gated Citrus Club in La Quinta, the home is just minutes from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the Empire Polo Grounds. Highway 111, nearby shopping, and dining are all within easy reach. Palm Springs is approximately 30-40 minutes away.


Good to know
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM - early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge if the schedule allows. The home uses keyless entry; a unique code is issued for each reservation. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The property has HOA noise limit requirements in place. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy music outdoors. We are unable to accept responsibility for packages delivered to the home. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis - no cats; select non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs may be approved for an additional fee.
