Sleeping arrangements
The property sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and a loft area. Bedroom 1 features a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, 65` smart TV, and an ensuite with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with Tempurpedic mattress, 50` TV, dual sinks, and a full bath with tub. Bedroom 3 is a detached casita with 2 double beds, 50` TV, dual sinks, and a full bath. Bedroom 4 is an attached casita with 2 double beds, 50` TV, and a full bath. The loft area has 2 single beds - ideal for younger guests or overflow.
Living spaces
The main living area is anchored by a comfy sectional sofa, cozy area rug, and a 65` smart TV - perfect for movie marathons, sports nights, or relaxed evenings with the group. Heated floors throughout the main condo make those cooler desert nights particularly inviting. A dedicated workspace is also available for guests who need to stay connected.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. A kitchen island with bar stools and a dining table that seats 6 provide ample space for shared meals. Cookware, dishes, wine glasses, cooking utensils, and basic pantry staples are all included. A warming oven and water filtration system add further convenience.
Bathrooms
Each of the four full bathrooms is ensuite, offering privacy and convenience for every bedroom. The primary bathroom includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2`s bathroom includes a bathtub. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A half-bath rounds out the 4.5 total.
Outdoor & resort access
Step outside to a private side yard with a propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining table - a great setup for al fresco dinners under the desert sky. As a resident of La Quinta Resort`s private housing, guests have partial access to resort amenities including the pool, shared hot tub (open 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM), tennis courts, gym, the Spa, on-site restaurants, and the Mountain and Dunes golf courses. During winter months, the pool is maintained at approximately 84 degrees and the hot tub at 101 degrees.
Parking & access
Guests have access to a single-car garage, the driveway, and dedicated guest parking directly across from the unit. Entry is fully keyless - a unique code is issued before every reservation for a seamless, secure check-in.

Old Town La Quinta is 5-7 minutes away, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is 10-15 minutes, Palm Desert/El Paseo is 15-20 minutes, Downtown Palm Springs and the airport are 30-40 minutes, and Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego are roughly 2 hours without traffic. Highway 111 is close by, with Costco, Target, and popular coffee chains all within easy reach.

Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee. No cats.
