Since we visited in the summer, the price was really good, compared to what it would have been at the peak of winter, especially with Stoneham right beside the property. Also, we were pleased to see that the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, plates, pots, etc. It was also a very easy process to grab the keys. They had printed out instructions with all the things you needed to know. Very well organized!
There's a Circuit-Électrique DC charger right across the street of their office, so there's no worry on the EV front.
Overall, I'd say that this is a pretty nice place to stay in the Stoneham area!
The main bed was really stiff, and so was the sofa bed. Although, pretty much every sofa beds are uncomfortable, so...
Although it wasn't off putting, it was really clear that the property is a bit old and in need of repairs. For example, the mouldings were looking a bit sad and the drywall was clearly repaired a few times over the years, leaving some visible marks.
The hard to reach places to clean were also a bit dirty...
Nothing terrible or unsanitary. But it's clear that this place is old and has been patched up throughout the years and would need some revamping...
