I had to move rooms and thankfully the staff was very accommodating. In general they seemed patient with my lack of Spanish. Having a restaurant nearby was convenient and being right next to the metro is great. I didn't have much issues or problems after moving rooms.
I had to change rooms - I did not realise the front facing street was so noisy and the rooms have no soundproofing (due to ventilation issues or something). This meant I didn't get an A/C, but I didn't find that too bad. My original room was also not in great shape - broken light switch and a toilet that needed repair. The room I was moved to was quite fine though.
I really wish they had provided a bag for garbage either in the room or outside it. I seemed to either need to take it down to the front desk or catch the maids during the morning to dispose of it which was a bit inconvenient.
The area is a bit ugly with many homeless walking around... Can't really fault the hotel for that though. Just be mindful that this area is fairly close to some rough spots. I did not encounter any issues but was careful not to stay out at night.

Me gustó mucho lo amplio de la habitación, el baño es grande y la cama es muy buena, las personas que atienden son muy amables, atentas.
En realidad no tiene nada de utensilios de cocina, y debes tener cuidado con el sector, no es para salir a caminar en la noche, a modo de sugerencia, que las ventanas le pongan una pequeña persiana oscura, porque en la mañana le da todo el sol y aumenta el calor.

Die Lage war ok. Aber rundherum war es eher nicht sicher und am Abend für unerfahrene Touristen gefährlich.
Es ist sehr hellhörig und den Nachbarshund haben wir bis 3 Uhr gehört.
