Bad experience and poor compensation.
We had an extremely unacceptable experience during our stay from 1st May, 3:00 PM to 3rd May, 11:00 AM, for which we paid RM 4339. What was meant to be two full days of rest and comfort instead turned into a highly stressful and exhausting ordeal that significantly affected both the adults and, more importantly, the children and infants in our group.
To be clear, more than one full day of our stay was effectively wasted due to ongoing issues that were never properly resolved. These were not minor inconveniences that could be overlooked. They were serious disruptions that stripped us of basic necessities. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns, we were continuously asked to wait, given assurances, and left in uncertainty, only for the problems to remain unresolved in the end. This lack of action and accountability is deeply concerning.
The most distressing part of this experience was the impact on the children and infants with us. They were forced to wait for hours under uncomfortable conditions just to access basic facilities such as water for showering and hygiene. As adults, we were not only dealing with our own frustration but also had to manage the discomfort, distress, and needs of the children, which made the situation far more difficult and emotionally draining.
It is completely unacceptable that we had to resort to purchasing multiple bottles of water just to carry out fundamental daily activities like brushing our teeth and maintaining basic hygiene. This is not a matter of luxury, it is the bare minimum that any accommodation must provide. Instead of being able to rest and spend quality time together, we were forced to spend our time troubleshooting issues, waiting endlessly, and sourcing basic necessities.
What makes this even more frustrating is that despite the time lost and the severity of the situation, there was no effective resolution provided during our stay. We were left feeling helpless, unheard, and deeply disappointed. The experience di
