Deuxième séjour et toujours le même accueil chaleureux !
L'épouse de Ruwan est une excellente cuisinière.
Du petit déjeuner au dîner, c'est ma meilleure adresse de restaurant au Sri Lanka.!
Le couple Ruwan et Komathi est absolument adorable et leur petit chien Shih Tzu est une vraie boule d'amour !
La guest house idéale pour un long séjour ou une étape relaxante en pleine nature et à quelques minutes de la magnifique Marakolliya Beach bien connue pour être un sanctuaire où de nombreuses tortues viennent chaque soir déposer leur oeufs...

This place was absolutely incredible - by far our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home and at ease. They kindly helped arrange our transport to and from the accommodation, and the food was hands down the best we’ve had on our travels so far (and after 8 months exploring different countries across Asia, that’s really saying something!).
The location is stunning, nestled among the trees, offering a peaceful and relaxing escape. It’s just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Truly an idyllic spot.
We couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The host was incredibly kind, and we’d love to stay in touch as the homestay continues to grow. An easy 10/10!

My stay at Open Cabana was very pleasant and relaxing. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful garden, it’s quiet and peaceful. The room is perfect, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The hosts are really friendly, and will make sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you for all your support and kind gestures. I recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in the nature 🪷
