今まで宿泊した旅館やホテルより、清潔感が際立っていた。従業員全員に教育マナーが行き届いており、接客姿勢が素晴らしかった。ペット同伴だったため、食事は部屋食（懐石弁当）だった。一品一品丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しく満足だった。宿泊客の心を知り尽くした、ほぼ完璧なホテルだと感じた。

滞在していて不満な点はほぼナシ。ただ、GWの宿泊だったため、費用は少し割高感があった。
