スタッフの方々が親切で感じが良かったです(玄関先で接客してもらった圧の強めな年配の男性を除く)
部屋に届くものが対面をしない置いておく対応で、気を使わずに済んだところが良かった。
食事が美味しかった。
部屋に置いてある草履が重くてすべるので階段の登り降りに苦労しました。
屋上のフリードリンクがぬるくて、美味しく呑めなかった。

If you can get a remodeled room, great; if not, better to avoid.
We stayed here on two separate occasions this past year. The first was truly exceptional in every way. The second time, everything that made the first time great was lacking entirely—from the room, to the some of the personnel and their elusive indifference to reservations made months in advance. We waited over an hour for our room to be made available after the designated check-in time, only to be sorely disappointed when we were given a room overlooking the carpark, with a direct view into our “private” onsen.
Very disappointed, we checked out a day early.
