It was nice and cosy. Clean and location is brilliant. I felt safe to as there was an additional chain on the door. Also I liked that it was quite perfect for my little getaway and watching my crime documentaries on Netflix.
There was nothing that I didn’t like.

As we walked to the location, we really wondered about the home I rented. Once there we felt a bit better. The home is on the top floor, with a nice view. Both the bedroom beds were comfortable. This was the first home that had separate washer and dryer, not a combo. The combo washer/dryer's take minimum 4 hours to do laundry and so small, hated them at other homes.
The tube is a bit of a walk, approx. 12-15 minutes, so not close. The terrace could use some maintenance. The place is not as big as expected. My daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed, it is terrible. Any guest that has to sleep on it will not sleep well. The master bedroom has a window above the closet that has no curtain. The sun will shine directly on you in bed at sunrise. My daughter put pillows and blankets to block it. Unfortunately, the most irritating issue was no WiFi the entire time during out stay; which also meant we had no TV either. We were there 4 days and 3 nights, I complained everyday. They responded everyday until the last day, nothing. While they did quickly give me a new WiFi account and password it linked to an account to buy the data to have WiFi. I complained that I wasn't going to BUY WiFi when it was supposed to be included in my stay and the money I've already paid. They kept saying they would have a tech look and fix to give me unlimited data, but never did. By our last night, it wasn't even worth my time to email anymore. Our only saving grace was I had a WiFi puck; without it we would have had go to a business to access our emails and confirmations for our other travels to come.
