We came for a couple of days and ended up staying longer. The place is brand new and clean, with everything you need for a long stay. The staff is really friendly and always available to help. Highly recommended!

The only tiny catch is that we had to ask for room cleaning, otherwise they wouldn't do it. That said, every time we asked, they helped us out right away with no issues.

What a lovely, spacious, new room. (And what a surprise in Hanoi.) It has a washing machine, a kitchenette with stove and fridge-freezer, and all one needs to cook or heat up a simple meal. There are many convenience and grocery stores, and restaurants very nearby. Lotte Mall and the lake are about half an hour's pleasant walk. It's out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter, but only a 6km ride away. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's about 20 minutes from the airport. It is far better value than staying in the Old Quarter. Highly recommended.

A bedside light would be nice, and a clothes rack or line on the balcony would be a useful addition.
