- Central, quiet and spacious, comfortable place for a longer stay. However consider (-) 1) & 2).
- Good surface cleaning.
- Efficient and positive communication of the rental agency Dream---y.
1) Electrosensitive persons: wifi cannot be turned off (ex. overnight) as box cannot be found anywhere (is it in the owner's (?) neighbouring apartment ?), which is even increased by other strong wifis & various reflections in the building (metallic roof, big mirror in the bedroom). Hence poor sleep quality.
2) The separating bearing wall between this apartment and the owner's (?) neighbouring one (no 5) has been widely opened during the renovation process and seems to be filled only (?) with rockwool insulation. In which case it would be very little, if at all, compatible with rental.
3) Boxspringbed in the main bedroom may not suit everyone.
4) Defective deeper cleaning. Some things missing/deteriorated > if travelling by car, consider taking these: kitchen towels & utensils (rasp, whisk, rubber spatula), cleaning sponge/brush); additionnal hangers & clothespins.
5) It is prudent to bring back the key(s) directly to the rental agency's office on departure day to avoid any misunderstanding(s).

Bardzo wygodny apartament. Czysto, dwa osobne, bardzo duże pokoje, salon i dwie łazienki. W wyposażeniu pralka, zmywarka, lodówka, kuchnia indukcyjna, czajnik. W apartamencie były podstawowe naczynia. Zamiast telewizora projektor. Gospodarz wysłał wszystkie instrukcje bezpośrednio przed pobytem. Kaucja 100 EUR została zwrócona w ciągu 3 dni po pobycie. Polecam, bo wszędzie blisko - do centrum, do morza oraz na dworzec. Do lotniska wygodne połączenie autobusowe z dworca.
Nam to nie przeszkadzało ale apartament usytuowany dosyć wysoko i schody były raczej strome.
