Location was great. Excellent view. Cool inn. The owners were real neat. Enjoyed a cup of coffee together. Great conversations. Hope to stay here again next time in Boston.

Great location right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and cafes. Staff helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs.

We couldn't run our air conditioning unit and microwave at the same time or the braker would flip, so we would have to make sure to turn the a/c off when reheating our food. Also ended up stranded in the shared bathroom because there was no extra toilet paper stocked. Under the sink had a box of baking soda and the cabinet had someone's empty Gatorade bottle.

It’s an older property. The room was clean and ok. Fridge and microwave a bonus. Doors are old. Bathroom had old electric baseboards with calk all over them. ( these are shared bathrooms) Shower to the right of my room had dirt on the mats. The smaller bathroom on the 3rd floor ( with shower only) was cleaner. Tom was so so helpful when I arrived very late. He made me a cup of tea! That was so so kind. It was a rough day, but he made my day with the cup of tea.🍵 🙏
