Location, perfect for an early Eurostar. Love the small pod like rooms, everything you need and nothing you don't. Comfy, quiet, and clean.
Room was below ground, I wasn't expecting a view or anything but glad I'm not claustrophobic.

Loved the breakfast options, happy hour and location close to Kings Cross Station. Room was clean and brightly lit.
Small bed wedged in the corner was not practical for 2 people due to difficulty getting up in the middle of the night. Nobody was at the reception desk and Online check-in was a challenge. We needed a staff member to assist, which they gladly did when we finally found someone to help.

Excellent location and great and friendly staff. Helped us out greatly with our first visit to England.
The kiosk to check in could use an update, was very slow.

The room was extremely small. We were happy we were only there for one night as otherwise we could not have unpacked to get what we needed feom our small size luggage
