Presentation and decor is fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. A bright and restful environment. Uninterrupted sea view from balcony which runs across both open plan living room and bedroom. Apartment is well equipped in kitchenette and bathroom which towels were great quality.
The resort is set well back from the road compared to its neighbours which helps reduce road noise during the day when busier and more privacy on balconies. There is only a short stroll to take-aways and restaurants, cafe and IGA. An unexpected issue arose and Celeste was very responsive to get it addressed., a good sign of a quality host. The pool area is lovely and is right off the resort restaurant. Parking is included and located handily for the unit.
Batehaven is a short drive from Batemans Bay town centre and provides the bonus of being quieter.
The resort lighting was bright at night and the light filtered into the bedroom. We were able to have one of the lights addressed by the resort caretaker.
While it was no problem for us, prospective guests should be aware that there is a flight of stairs to the entrance, then an internal flight of stairs. The pay-off is the view from this top level.
Kitchen doesn't include a cook top which we would have appreciated, especially if the stay had been longer.

Celeste was great and helpful. The room size and bed size. Kitchen was nice. Clean.
Toilet paper too thin. Could have had a coffee pod machine.

Clean easy to access walking distance to town and wharf plus other facilities if you wanted to use them
The pool is shared not private that should probably be explained more explicitly as there are more there are other places with private pools.
