Could not recommend this place more. The staff are the heart of the resort. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and Azed's (sorry if I've misspelled his name) helpfulness, clarity, and sense of humor at check-in really set the tone of our stay from the start. Burka, Cherie, and Kushal were also amazing. It makes a difference for us when the team appear to have good comraderie and are in good spirits. It lets us know that they're taken care of. Shoutout to the hardworking people on the beach as well who brought us bottles of water without asking. Apart from the service, the room and our private pool was immaculate. Food was also very good for an all-inclusive. Overall, was very impressed.
Beach view wasn't great because of the casino construction on the horizon. Not the resort's fault of course. The beach itself was good and clean. Towels readily available and so many loungers.

Great value for money, service and staff were incredible, loved the sea views
Bedrooms were beautiful, however the only down side was there was no place to sit and and dry your hair other than on the floor beside the wall mirror which was directly on entering the room and had poor lighting above it also lack of wardrobe space and drawers
