The unit was quite spacious and updated. The building was in a great location to access various sites, restaurants and shopping. It was well air conditioned, important with the heat they were having in Lisbon. Sara met us at the unit to let us in and show us around. Very nice building with a well appointed lobby and elevator. Window shutters definitely helped keep the noise level down from groups heading home in the wee hours from the bar area in Bairro Alto. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and ice in the fridge. No additional trash bags to replace once trash was filled.
Only 1 set of a towel and hand towel were provided for each guest for the 5 days. When we requested a second set, we were told we would be charged 40Euro. My towels were stained but I was told we had a washer/dryer if we wanted to try to clean them. We reported a leak in the faucet and bidet in one of the bathrooms, yet no one came to repair it while we were there. The wifi was very inconsistent. When reported we were directed as to how to reset it. We tried but it still remained inconsistent. Beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable.
