The staff were awesome! We received great care and attention. Special mention to the manager, who greeted us in the cafe and asked was there anything we needed, and also Ahmed on the desk, who was most concerned that we were being pestered by a local boat owner who had come to take us on an excursion. He rang the room to check that it was all above board. Love the security- and nice to know they look out for their clients. We also had many staff deliver coffee, milk and other items to our room on request. Breakfast was included and it had a very good selection. They even made up breakfast boxes the day we had to leave on excursion to take with us. The staff in the cafe were lovely too.
The rooms are a little small, and no balcony, but certainly comfortable enough and good value for the price we paid.

Everything was above expectations, and people from this hotel are the most positive experience from Aswan! Ahmed waited for us for late check-in, and it looks like hotel is run by a family, and you actually feel like a part of family. This was a rare moment in Aswan where I didn't feel like some wants to rip me off. No one asked for a tip or extra money, no one tries to trick you, on the opposite - they are honest, and always at your service.
Room was nice and clean and the look over the Nile amazing. The star of the hotel is the roof where there's bar and amazing terrace with spectacular view. We had a late night drink there and morning coffee and it was wonderful!
There's also the elevator, so dont worry about luggage or getting to rooftop.
The breakfast was good with many options (buffet type) including getting fresh prepared omelette.
I would definitely come back, and I'm sorry that I couldn't stay longer cause I enjoyed.
