Bel appartement , proche d’une plage accessible à pied en 5’ , personnel très sympathique .
Résidence sur surveillance H24, sécuritas très aimable avec nous. Le food court propose plusieurs types de nourriture , on y mange bien. Les serveurs très sympathiques. Machine à laver , super pratique mais pas d’étendage pour l’instant.
Comme c’est une résidence récente il manque encore des choses et le supermarché n’est pas encore ouvert.
Plage de Paje et Jambiani proche en voiture , nous avons préféré Jambiani, plus calme.
Le ménage peut être amélioré . On a dû demander pour qu’ils viennent nettoyer alors que nous aurions apprécié qu’ils nous proposent le service . Car il n’y a rien pour nettoyer.
Les linges de bain/ draps de lits devraient être mis sans tâches.
Il manque encore des articles comme fer à repasser / planche , étendage, sèche cheveux.
Le wifi est capricieux mais c’est la région qui n’a pas de réseau . Malgré notre abonnement illimité en données et le wifi qui est faible , il était difficile pour nous de communiquer avec notre famille via vidéo .

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the attention to detail made it feel like a luxury home rather than a holiday rental.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Paje Beach while still being peaceful and relaxing. The staff were exceptional: welcoming, professional, and always available to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The swimming pool, gardens, and common areas are immaculately maintained, creating a calm tropical atmosphere.
The new food court is a fantastic addition, offering delicious meals, fresh healthy options, and a great place to relax after a day exploring Zanzibar. Fast Wi-Fi, reliable amenities, excellent security, and outstanding hospitality made this one of the best places we've stayed.
Without doubt, one of the best value-for-money accommodations in Zanzibar. We will definitely return.
Honestly, there was very little to complain about. The development is still growing, so a few surrounding areas are continuing to improve, but it never affected our stay. Everything inside the property was excellent.
