This whole property was exceptional. The location was decent, being a 20 minute walk from the falls, as well as from the bus/train station, and less than 20 minutes on foot to a variety of restaurants, from fast food to excellent breweries like Whistle Punk to delectable establishments such as the Old Spaghetti Factory. You also have gas stations nearby that have the basics in snacks if you plan to avoid eateries. The hotel staff was great! There were very kind and professional, even offering to hold on to your luggage so that you can go out to explore the city, should you arrive before your check in date.
I had no control of the digital thermostat in my room; then again, maybe I did but had no idea, and I forgot to contact the front desk about it. Still, there was nothing about the hotel, the room or the staff that I did not like. I would say that to be very cautious around certain personalities when walking in the city.

We just stayed for a night, we were nervous first pulling up- the outside needs cleaned up but saw signs they were in the middle of cleaning up....our room was wonderful. Very clean and smelled great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, my shower stayed hot
The elevators, they were to small for a family of 4 with luggage and kinda scary
