Since we had a big group, using the bathroom was a little challenging because there’s only one shower and two toilets.

Very disappointed. The beds were disgusting. Not cleaned. 1.5 baths not 2. Host response poor.

Terrible experience for 3 couple and a child. We recently stayed with a group of 7 (3 couples and 1 child) and were very disappointed with this place and especially the host. We had a terrible experience. The host not very helpful. Almost 1.5 month later and the host still have not satisfactorily resolved our issue. We were not permitted to check in early. Upon arriving we unloaded and immediately went sightseeing. Upon return at 12:30 am and after a very long day of sightseeing we pulled back the blankets on the 3 beds and were completely disgusted, appalled and shocked at what we found in each of them. They were not cleaned at all!!! Very surprising considering we were not permitted an early arrival. After slow response from the host we ultimately had to wash and dry the sheets on 2 of the beds at 1 am. About 45 minutes later we ultimately got the locker code for extra sheet. Several of those sets were dirty as well. Also pillow cases were torn and tattered for the only set for the king size bed. We did not get to sleep until approx 2:30 to 3 am after a very long day of travel. We did not expect to have to do laundry and do it at that time! Also, 2 full bathrooms were very important to us. There was only 1 full bathroom and a 2 pc. The ad was misleading, the ad listed 2 bathrooms. We needed 2 showers. We had no idea that a major 10 day music festival was happening and our accommodation would be across a major street (The Grand Allee) that was closed to all traffic. It took us 2 hours to cross that street and get to our accommodation. The host could have let us know there could be a problem getting to the accommodation.
