La cercanía al centro, ya que resulta muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad y moverse a pie.
El desayuno, ya que nos pareció bastante limitado para un alojamiento anunciado como bed and breakfast.

La zona essendo vicino alla stazione è un po’ fatiscente e sporca perche ci sono le bancarelle dí extracomunitari un po pericolosa la notte ma non ci è mai capitato niente

Location is good - near central station. In the old Napoli town. The property from outside does not look great but the inside was well maintained. Clean room, clean bathroom. Very easy access to public transport. Just for everyone the property is in 4th floor which gives excellent view of the piazza but there is no lift.
The owners were good as well. They came to help us with issues. Plenty of water bottles and juice box available to take.
Outside structure of building was not great to look at but the property is well maintained in so that compensates

Die Nähe zum Zentrum war super. Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles ordentlich. Kaffeemaschine super! Die Kommunikation und der Check in hat super geklappt.
Das die Unterkunft im 4 Stock liegt, muss unbedingt erwähnt werden! Für jemanden älteres also absolut nicht geeignet. Im Text steht nur obere Stockwerke... Beim Frühstück müsste man erwähnen, dass es in Plastik eingepackte Croissants sind. Die Menge allerdings großzügig. Schlimm war der ganze Müll, den man von seinem Balkon aus gesehen hat. Leider ist auch die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ziemlich heruntergekommen und im Dunkeln möchte man hier nicht alleine in die Unterkunft zurück.
Kurz und knapp...das Zimmer selber super, der Rest absolut nicht.
