Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which features a bedroom (suite) furnished with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The property also includes a pleasant balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner induction cooktop, induction cookware, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery.

Guests can enjoy all the building's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym.

We provide bed linen for the double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays of up to 6 nights, linen and towels are not changed. For stays longer than 7 nights, you can request a change from the host with 48 hours' notice.

If there are 3 or 4 guests, please bring a double-size sheet for the sofa bed (preferably without elastic) and a single sheet for the mattress. Don't forget to bring bath and face towels for all guests.

Additionally, we ask that you bring your own beach towels and wraps to enjoy the sun comfortably.

Pet Policy:

We know your pet is part of your family! We accept one small pet per booking, as long as the animal is trained to use the appropriate area for its needs.

There is an additional fee for your pet, which must be included in the guest count. The fee is R$150.00.

The condominium offers its own paid on-site parking with valet service. Parking is available 24 hours a day.
