Check-in Time and Changes:
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM. Currently, we are unable to change this schedule, but we are working to make it more flexible in the future. If you cannot arrive within this time frame, please contact us so we can suggest another property. Thank you for your understanding.
The Apartment:
Our apartment is located right in front of the ocean, in the best and safest neighborhood in Santos. It accommodates up to 4 people: 2 in a king size bed, 1 on the sofa (not a sofa bed), and 1 on a mattress. The suite features a king size bed and a mattress, and the living room has a sofa for one person. The open kitchen includes a 2-burner stove, microwave, oven, mini fridge, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery – perfect for preparing small meals. You can also enjoy the balcony with its wonderful ocean view.
Building Amenities:
The building offers 24-hour reception, security, convenient check-in with assistance from the front desk team, pool, and gym – all to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay.
IMPORTANT: Download your booking platform's app on your cell phone and activate notifications! As soon as you book, stay alert for messages sent directly through the app’s chat. All essential information for your stay — such as address, passwords, and instructions — will be provided there. We highly recommend that you have the app installed and notifications enabled to make sure you don't miss any communication.
Access to the Apartment and Leisure Areas:
Guests have full access to the apartment as well as to the condominium's leisure areas, which include a swimming pool with a panoramic sea view and a well-equipped gym.
Beach Facilities:
You can also take advantage of the beach facilities at Clube XV, which has a spacious tent, tables, chairs, and bar service available on weekends — perfect for enjoying the coast in comfort.
Pet Friendly Policy:
We know your pet is part of the family! We accept one small pet per reservation, provided that it is used to relieving itself in an appropriate place.
There is an additional fee for staying with a pet, so please add your pet to the number of guests when making your reservation.
