Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which features one bedroom (suite) with a King bed and a living room with a sofa bed. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful balcony with a sea view.
The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner induction cooktop, induction cookware, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery.
Guests can also enjoy all the building’s leisure facilities, including a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym.
We provide bed linens for the double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays of up to 6 nights, we do not offer linen and towel changes. For stays longer than 7 nights, please request a change 48 hours in advance from the host.
If your stay is for 3 or 4 people, please bring double-sized sheets for the sofa bed (preferably without elastic) and a twin-sized sheet for the mattress.
Please also remember to bring bath towels and face towels for all guests, as well as beach towels and sarongs to enjoy the sun!
The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, right in front of the ocean. You will enjoy the convenience of 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the reception team, as well as access to the pool and gym.
The building's restaurant, located on the rooftop, offers delivery service directly to your room. You can also enjoy a pleasant walk by the seaside, in addition to having easy access to taxis, ride-share services, or buses.

Pet Policy:
We know your pet is part of your family! That's why we allow one small pet per reservation, as long as your pet is trained to relieve itself in the proper place.
