This gorgeous oceanfront condo boasts elegant, modern decor and breathtaking views of the Northern Oregon Coast, as well as instant beach access. You will enjoy beautiful tile floors, a beautiful balcony, and an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows, so you won't miss a minute of the sunset.
The living area has a cable TV with a DVD player and a plush sofa just waiting to host a movie night. The primary suite has a king bed and private balcony, affording extra space for couples, and the en suite bath has a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.
The Oregon Coast vacation rental is located in Nedonna Views, a modern condo complex in a quiet neighborhood of Manhattan Beach. You'll enjoy seven miles of uncrowded coastline less than two miles from fresh seafood restaurants and unique shops in Rockaway Beach.
This fantastic stretch of sand is much quieter than the beach closer to the heart of town, yet still close to the restaurants, markets, and shops in the community. The quaint, old-fashioned coastal town is bustling with antique stores, taffy shops, and instant public access best experienced at the Rockaway Beach Wayside. Stroll to the sandy shores, build sand castles, beachcomb, fly kites, or simply sunbathe.

Pros- Location: On the beach just steps from the surf. Extremely quiet on the far north end of Rockaway/Manhattan beach. No other housing exists until Nedonna beach to the north. - View: Spectacular panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows and some that fully open to let in the breeze. - Building: Condo is built with thick concrete so no sound comes through the walls or floor- Kitchen: Very well stocked with everything needed- Washer/Dryer: In unitCons- Windows: Owner needs to invest in regular window cleaning (yes, I understand the challenge of sea spray). The unimpeded view is the main feature of the property and the disgustingly dirty windows really detracted from that.- Maintenance: Property is aging and it shows. No seal on the entry door allowed wind to blow right through, structural cracks in the ceiling beam. etc.- Stairs: The unit is three flights up a creepy and dirty stairwell. No issue for us but be aware if you are less capable. An elevator exists but it's boarded up and not operable. All said, a pretty decent property, but a bit more investment in cleaning and maintenance would really make this place a superstar.

The property has an unsurpassed beach access and view from the unit! It is spectacular! The beach was very quiet with a State Park bordering to the north.The unit could be top notch if a few maintenance issues are adressed. There are some interesting decor choices that make it look cheap. There is a well appointed kitchen but no coffee or tea choices. Take your own.There are quite a few steps for loading in and out. We had a Class B motorhome and the parking was a bit tight. There are no pull through parking spots.Overall...we can't wait to return to this exact spot and highly recommend it to others!

The location and views were nice from the room.... but the place lacked some attention to detail . There was no coffee to go with the coffee maker ... no salt or pepper or other spices . i does and some woodwork was dirty or stained . bed was comfortable and the soaking tub and walk in showers were nice .... no access to streaming chanel's but there was a dvd player . it was comfortable enough but just lacked some attention to detail that makes things great.
