Just a two-block walk to the beach, this property consists of three separate buildings - the main house, a cottage with two single beds (no bathroom), and an office area, and a converted barn that serves as the entertainment hub. The barn features a 75' smart TV, perfect for watching sports games and a barn garage door that opens for indoor/outdoor living space. The main house offers a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Peruse the board games and puzzles for cozy evenings with loved ones.

We traveled to the coast with 2 adults, 1 child, 3 teens, and 1 dog. The rental met all our needs and there was enough space for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were crammed together. The main house is a split level. The lower level has a large living room/dining area space, kitchen/dining area, a large full bathroom, a smaller full bathroom, small queen bedroom, and laundry area. The second floor has 1 queen bedroom and a 2 full/double bedroom—both decently sized. There is a large courtyard that separates the main house from the cottage/entertainment room. The hot tub is tucked into the corner of the deck which makes it felt more private; it had a little debris at the bottom but the water was clean. The courtyard consists of another dining area with ample extra seating for lounging. There is a firepit perfect for making smores (marshmallow sticks can be found in the kitchen!). We didn’t use the grill, but it was available as well. The cottage has a 2 twin bedroom and small living space, while the separate entertainment room has a half bath, ping pong table, and a living space with seating and large tv. We really liked the modern garage style of the entertainment room, where we could open the garage door and get fresh air or engage with those in the courtyard. Overall, the place was clean, spacious, aesthetically pleasing, had everything we needed and more, and was a short walk to the beach. The kids all agreed they’d love to stay there again. Winner!

The kitchen was well equipped, suited all our needs. We were really impressed with the space and found everything comfortable. We were a little bummed that the corded microphone for the karaoke machine needs replacing and couldn’t get the cordless microphones to work. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Clean, well prepared rooms. Large kitchen with nice seating. I’ve stayed at a fair amount of vacation homes and I don’t think you can get much better when it comes to space, activities, and price range. The outdoor area was so nice, even with some rainy weather, my group still enjoyed being outside. The garage space is super fun, definitely one of the main draws to the house! We will be back!

The property was nice although there was a miscommunication with customer service who told us the back two buildings were not included in the rental only later to find out when we spoke with the host that it was, so we missed an entire night without access to the two building so out back.The hot tub was so dirty that we’re not able to enjoy it at all. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. There was visible debris and sutt in the hot tub. That was the main reason we rented this property so that was a disappointment.Otherwise plenty of room.
