The main level features an open layout connecting the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. This floor also includes:

• A full bathroom

• Thermostat-controlled heating & air conditioning

• Sliding glass doors leading directly to the deck and hot tub

• Three bedrooms

First-Floor Bedrooms (3 Total / 4 Beds)

1. Two Queen Bedrooms

Each includes luxury bedding, a selection of soft and firm pillows, a SMART TV, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, individual heating/AC control, closet with hangers, dresser, and luggage rack.

2. Twin + Trundle Bedroom

Equipped with luxury linens, extra pillows, SMART TV, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, heating/AC control, closet, dresser, luggage rack, and a convenient work desk.

First-Floor Bathroom

The full bathroom is supplied with:

• Plush bath towels

• Black makeup towels

• Basic cleaning supplies

Laundry Closet

Located inside the first-floor bathroom, the washer/dryer is available for guest use. A starter supply of laundry pods is included. If you expect to do additional loads or have sensitivity to detergents, please bring your preferred products.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Although the home is lakefront, this particular lake is not designated for swimming. However, guests may enjoy:

• Kayaking, paddle boarding, and pedal boating are available seasonally. For safety reasons, these activities are not offered during late fall and winter.

• Gentle wading along the shoreline

• Fishing (catch-and-release only)

• Peaceful scenery and wildlife watching

Swimming

The community offers a designated swimming lake just minutes away with:

• Freshly groomed sandy beach

• Roped-off swimming area

The heated community pool is open mid-June through Labor Day.

IMPORTANT RULES

• The main guest must provide ID, mailing address, and the names/ages of all guests (HOA requirement).

• Guests must be 25+ to book unless accompanied by a parent.

• No smoking anywhere on the property.

• No parties or events; quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.

• Check-in begins at 3 PM.

• Check-out is 11 AM.

• Self check-in via keypad.

WILDLIFE & SAFETY NOTICE

Because the home is surrounded by woods and sits alongside the lake, you may encounter wildlife such as:

• Deer

• Raccoons

• Snapping turtles

• Birds

• Occasional bears

We use regular pest control, but open doors or food left outside can attract animals.

Please keep doors closed, maintain clean outdoor spaces, and notify us if any wildlife gets too close.

Feeding wildlife is not permitted, including turtles—this protects both guests and animals.
