Perfect location! This bright and spacious home is lovingly decorated and situated on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Lewes Beach with plenty of room for you to spread out and enjoy your vacation. This beautifully furnished reversed layout home takes advantage of canal views off of the living room with its screened porch and open decks. An open floor plan and cool colors makes for a very relaxing space.

Four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa allows for an occupancy of ten guests and just a nit over a block walk to the beach for your summer fun. On the first floor are two primary suites each with a private bath as well as one additional guest bedroom with a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath. On the second floor is a den with an en suite bathroom and two Queen sized sleep sofas. The spacious third floor living space includes the well-appointed kitchen, living and dining areas with access to the spectacular views. Plus the large backyard for outdoor games or a picnic. There's also a convenient outdoor shower to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the
Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be
supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25
years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the
Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests
occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy
covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of
$2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that
will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your
initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be
automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like
to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for
details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified
funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS:  This property is hosted by the management company noted as
owner on this site.  After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by
VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by
the management company and paid to the management company.  Once you have
booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from
the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging
Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.  Apart from damage
protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. 
Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. 
Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
