It was in the hart of the city and the room was so conformable

That i can asses with the app on my phone

the room i booked showed that it have a balcony but the one i got didn't

We spent very good time to always remember.

The location was very good in the center of the city. Most facilities were available.

The elevator was not working during all my stay and I requested for maintenance many times but they could not repair it. It was very difficult to use stairs every time going out specially with my baggage while check-in or check-out. However I appreciate that The hotel management understand the issue and compensate me with reasonable refund.

No hay personal para atenderte, la relación es a través de un chat. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionó en ningún momento en pleno agosto , no vino nadie a arreglarlo en toda mi estancia y solo me contestaban con un chat de inteligencia artificial casi siempre en inglés y nadie dio la cara, ni siquiera por teléfono. Es decepcionante por el dineral que pagas, desaconsejable!!
