Working with the property owner was so easy. When we needed to contact him about a couple of issues in our planning and what happened on our visit (outside of the home) he was so willing to help work out a solution that worked for both of us. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. The house itself was comfortable and laid out well for our group. We had spaces to be alone and to be with one another.
(This is not against the house nor the owner! This is so people are aware of the parking situation.) The driveway only allows for a maximum of 3 cars. We did not realize this and, because we had 4 cars, we needed to nightly park a car at the local Safeway which was about 2 miles away.

The property manager Pavan was outstandingly communicative prior to our arrival with easy instructions and made the entire experience smooth and so enjoyable. The property is in an amazing location in a quiet neighborhood among the towering redwoods above Santa Cruz. You feel like it is in a national park. It is spotless clean, smells clean and was recently renovated with new furniture and appliances. Would go back again!
There is nothing we had an issue with.

It was a great stay. Lots of space, comfortable and well located, pretty clean and staff was very friendly, close to the park to see the redwoods and close to a beautiful waterfall trail, neighbors were also very friendly.
Everything was great.
