開放感と清潔感があった。残念ながら富士山は雲に覆われて見えなかったが、ロケーションもよかった。
リビングの窓が大きく、ブラアンダー等もないため、隣の棟から一部丸見えだった。
新しい宿だからか車載のカーナビでは検索しても出なかった。
油や調味料が一切ない点について記載が欲しかった。

The property was very nice, good facilities for barbeque or yakiniku. The sauna and icebath was top notch.
The toilet’s bidet in the main house in Kou was not working no matter how many times you press the button, and the way to use the lights weren’t clear. It was very confusing honestly. If there was proper documentation on how to use the lights and everything it would have been better. Also the surrounding area seems to be a bunch of animal farms, there were times where the air smelled like pig manure.

Wonderful brand-new house near Mt. Fuji!
We spent two nights at The Third Place and absolutely loved our stay. The house is brand new, incredibly ergonomic, and well-designed down to the smallest detail.
What we loved:
Great Amenities: Everything is new and works perfectly, including the A/C. We used the projector both nights to watch movies with the kids — a fantastic and cozy touch!
Stunning Views: The surrounding nature and views are beautiful and peaceful.
Thoughtful Layout: Extremely functional and comfortable space.
One minor thing:
Occasionally, there was a brief, odd smell outside (resembling fertilizer or seafood), but it was strictly outdoors and only temporary. Inside, everything was fresh and clean.
Overall, a perfect stay. We would definitely come back!
