Excellent location, very close to restaurants and hotels, and very quiet with no noise in the room. I was very happy with my stay.

We liked the proximity to Condado Beach, it is within walking distance. There are plenty of souvenir and restaurants up and down the street of where we stayed so it was very easy to walk to them all. The host was also great at answering our questions during our stay, we did lose water towards the end but that was not at fault of the host, it was unfortunately an issue that affected everyone around us, businesses and locals.
Unfortunately the outlet where the microwave and toaster sit does not work so we were unable to use them, but that’s ok, we just had to heat up the food via the stovetop, not a dealbreaker. The towels provided to use after showering are very thin and small, but again they got the job done, just wish they were a bit bigger. Only two towels are provided, so ladies be sure to pack an extra towel for your hair, if two adults are staying in this unit.

The location in the pool was great
The room was not clean when we got there, the keys were not where they said they were, we had to borrow keys from other rooms that we didn’t know about until we got there. None of the electrical worked in the kitchen. When I tried to ask about getting things for the kitchen and the kitchen fixed, the management said they couldn’t do it or when they tried to do it they gave me the wrong items. They said that I should ask anything I needed and I did and I didn’t get anything I wanted. My day was adequate, but not stellar like it should’ve been.
