The resort is pleasant with nice grounds.
The bathroom and bedroom.of my.suite were very nice.
The pool was also well.maontained as were tje gardens
The breakfast room was small for the number of people and the items in the cooked breakfast were not available.
My suite had a living area which was very minimally.furnished witj uncomfortable furniture. There were no.privacy curtains and rje room was on the ground floor so I had to have the full curtains drawn.all the time..
Also for a suite the bathroom products were very poor. No shampoo or shower gel in my bathroom and the tiniest bottles of conditioner, moisturizer and bath gel.

Excellent food, kind staff and generally a good property.
The challenge is reaching the property considering most of the internal roads in Alibaug are dug up, under repair and uneven which led damage to our car. Do check if roads leading to the property have been made. Though this is not a property drawback but definitely matters.
Also our private pool( small one attached to the room) wasn’t cleaned and since it was exposed, it did have insects etc in it. We didn’t use it either.

The ambience is nice... breakfast was limited but good. Rooms are thoughtful too.
The experience on the day of arrival was bitter. There was no water in the tank and we had to wait for 3 hours for it. After almost of 2 hours of sharing disappointment the resort manager gave me another room to shower. The tea that was supposed to be sent to the room took another 2 hours.
