The Apartment was very neat and clean. I like most the comfy beds in all the rooms including the sofa bed, the push button features of the toilet seat cover, the AC in rhe upper floor room was very good, the smart TV, and the fans. I like the kettle and microwave and the fridge . I like that there were umbrellas and slippers to use in the cupboard. The toiletries provided were of good quality which I like. Location was excellent and very straightforward pathways going to main shops and restaurants, also very near to Shibuya and Shinsen stations. The apartment was surrounded by convenience stores and cafes so you won't get hungry anytime.
There was like a heat wave around 33 to 35 degrees on our first two days, and the AC in the living room couldn't keep up with rhe heat even in its maximum setting . I checked visually the filter and there was a thick dust covering it, I thought it needed proper cleaning.. The bathroom's shower is in a weird placement as I have to tilt it on an angle when showering so as not to wet the door. I couldn't shower in the bath tub as the drain hole does not have a cover for the falling hair. The vanity mirror and the toilet has a little space to move around, only one person at a time to use and we are a group of five. The waste bins does not have instructions of where to take when full, I have to message the host for this. There was a box out on the balcony where it contains all the waste bags from the previous occupiers and I have to leave our bags on top of the box. That should have been emptied for the next occupiers. We used taxis all the time and drivers always commented to me that the road was narrow going to the apartment with little space to maneuver so we just wait near the main road to be picked up. The apartment is also on the fourth floor without a lift which I am already aware beforehand so be aware for those travellers with many luggages. Going up was easy for us because our luggages were empty when we checed in, but at check out with luggages full of shopping, it was a bit of work.

Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione di Shibuya, metro, Shibuya crossing e centri commerciali, appartamento carino dotato di cucina, frigo e forno microonde. Non abbiamo avuto contatto diretto con i proprietari perché tutte le info sono passate via messaggi su booking:dai dati dei passaporti alle istruzioni per self check-in con un codice per accedere all'appartamento senza bisogno di chiavi. Appartamento dislocato su 2 livelli con una scala scomoda per accedere alla seconda camera con 2 letti matrimoniali. Adatto a giovani senza problemi di deambulazione.
Appartamento situato al 3* piano senza ascensore, complicato se si hanno valigie da trasportare

Location was awesome. Propertly was cute
Seperate bedroom was upstairs with no seperate bathroom. Kids were a bit nervous, but it ended up great.
4th floor with no lift and luggage was a chore. Might be worth calling out for people with accessability issues.

We loved everything, location is perfect and my son is obsessed with this place. We loved the pocket WiFi I helped us with navigating parts of Tokyo. We will be booking again when we stay in Tokyo.
