Location and cleanliness was good.

The beds weren't soft at all had to but a topper in order to sleep well. They advise a heated pool on the app and then want to charge more money for it to be heated. After paying that kind of money the in and out the gate is mostly like waiting in a line at disney. They give you a pass but don't even check all you do is show the paper and your in not very secure.

As 3:15 da manhã me mandaram email dizendo que a casa nao estava apta para nós receber, pois iriam reparar alguns danos na casa. Não nos foi dado outra opção e eu tive que alugar uma outra casa no dia que eu iria entrar muito mais cara. Até agora nao recebi uma mensagem sobre o pagamento que eu ja havia feito e aguardo o reembolso a mais de uma semana.
