Great location on a walking street in the heart of Rossio where numerous restaurants are located. Very close to metro and train station for ease of transport all over town. The rooms and stairwells were clean. Secure access to separate suite building with main hotel next door (where you register). Only four floors, so it was convenient to use stairs. It was nice to have a kitchenette. The refrigerator was larger than a dorm size refrigerator. Kitchen was well stocked for two people. We were on the 1st floor right above all the restaurants, but the noise level was fine.
We had two suites. Suite 203 was larger, while 102 had a small bathroom, although standard for European rooms. Kitchen had a rack for drying dishes, but no towel or bathroom hand towel to dry the washed dishes.

Everything! The location is top, it was clean, the shower was great, it was quiet and nice to sleep. Very comfortable bed!

Indeling badkamer. Deur moest eerst in tweeën gevouwen worden, anders kon je niet naar binnen. Lastig als je nodig moet. Als je op toilet zat, zaten je benen onder de wastafel

The location of the property and the facility was very nice.
The room, itself, was a fire hazard because the way that the locks worked would not allow us to leave the room. The cleaning crew could not get in and they had to call the maintenance crew to help unlock the door.
There were also no escape routes from this room.
There was no toilet paper and there were no towels in the kitchen.
