Very comfortable bed mattress's, Full size fridge, Secure parking area, There was a washer and Dryer (no clothesline) but didn't use these so can't comment. Home appeared clean. Host gave good response times with emails. Just outside of the Port Pirie so very convenient. The renovations have been tastefully done - The before and after photos on the kitchen wall are a lovely touch.
These are solely our gripes - Other people may not have issues with these things. 1. No front screen door so can't leave open due to flies 2. No heating or cooling in lounge room - There is a large split system air con in kitchen (but this is not enough to heat the TV room). 3. No soap holder in shower - very inconvenient. 4. Shampoo, Conditioner & Shower Gel was supplied but it was in glass bottles and on the floor - Dangerous and also difficult for people with mobility issues to use - need a Shower Caddy. We ended up removing these and storing on the sink 5. Very poor water pressure in shower but this was probably due to some 'water saving' mechanism in the shower head. 6. Shower exhaust fan useless - Barely works. 7. No dishwasher 8. No window in the toilet so an exhaust fan in there would be a great addition.

The property was very clean, with good on site parking option. The air conditioning was really good and the property was easy to find.
