Location was perfect for our stay- close to the beach & train station. The balconies in the property are gorgeous.
The apartment is on the 4th floor & doesn’t have a lift.

I’ve travelled many times but I think this is the best place I’ve ever booked. Everything in the apartment is new, simple but very nice design, well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms, the balconies on both sides is the highlight, make us feel so comfortable and relaxed.
Not less stairs to climb, but worth it after entering the apartment. Definitely will stay here if come to Nice again.

The terraces are such a bonus, you can eat outside or just relax.
Maybe the fact that is at the 4th floor with no lift.

Modern, clean and very comfortable. Two very decent size double rooms with a lovely bathroom. Having AC was an absolute win as well
Super easy to walk around Nice at leisure or if you need to get further down the coast the train and buses are no more than 5 minutes walk away from the door
