Everything about the process of checking in was very easy. We even got lucky and had an early check in with great support of the staff. The apartment was well equipped, clean and with magnificent view of the fountain shows and Burj Kalifa. The breakfast is wonderful, very rich and process of ordering is very smooth. Everyone of the staff is very kind and helfpul.
The only thing is a bit too agressive sales of the tourist activities. We were here for business and my phone was shared to some local agent who pursued sales which I did not approve of. We travel to Dubai regularily for business so this was way too much for a busy schedule we had.
